Your Role:

The Senior HR Business Partner will be the primary point of contact working with our Global Operations teams across Europe, Central/South America, and Australia to provide strategic and tactical support and implement HR best practices. This role is also responsible for ensuring global HR tools and processes are in place which may include maintaining accurate employee data within the HRIS system, performance management, creating and maintaining an engaging employee experience, and supporting all sites in matters relating to local employment law.


What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and oversee execution of defined projects around talent planning, performance review, career development, employee development, diversity, retention and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partner closely with third party local payroll and legal partners to process global payroll for each location.
  • Stay knowledgeable of employment law requirements in the regions in which we operate, manage employee relations cases and lead compliance with international contracts etc.
  • Act as the liaison between the Global Operations teams and North America.
  • Oversee implementation of engagement programs that are consistent with the strategic needs of the business and continue to build an extraordinary employee experience.
  • Work across cultural and geographical boundaries and facilitate an HR approach that delivers value across diverse global markets.
  • Approach all aspects of their HR Business Partner role with a focus on justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion.


Starting Salary
: £95,000


What Makes a Great Candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience providing HR Business Partner support to senior leadership
    • Experience working across international sites a plus
  • Familiarity with local employment and wage laws in the UK, Spain, France and Italy
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ADP a plus
  • 10-20% international travel required

  • Highly efficient at multi-tasking including prioritization, responsiveness and keeping others informed
  • Comfortable working independently with support from the Phoenix office.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and partner effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries.
  • Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actionable insights and actions.
