A fantastic opportunity has arisen due to an internal promotion, we are now recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner. Working as a key partner to our business leaders, you will provide both strategic and operational HR advice to maximise performance and create a competitive advantage through our people.
The Senior HRBP role is one in which to coach, provide insight and act as a sounding board to support the functional Executive Committee leaders in the delivery of business objectives and the people plan.
The role includes providing guidance and support on people issues, leading organisational change programmes, ensuring an effective organisation design, and facilitating the execution of the People Plan in Partnership with the HR Centres of Expertise.

Role Responsibilities:
- Play a pivotal role in strategic and operational change
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies that fulfil the requirements of the business as it grows and changes
- Translate HR strategy into workable solutions to meet business priorities
- Provide guidance and support in all aspects of the people agenda utilising centres of excellence as required
- Proactively develop partnerships within key client groups
- Ensure the business culture and values remains at the forefront of all people
- Provide an advisory service on people issues ensuring feedback is effectively delivered where appropriate
- Lead on people related change initiatives

You’ll ideally be:
- An experienced HR generalist
- CIPD qualified
- Have demonstrable experience of working in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Able to manage multiple work streams and large-scale business change
- Experience in effective stakeholder management and engagement at business unit leader level
- Proven experience of delivering HR Solutions across multi – business units with multiple stakeholders
- Operating at a similar level
