Senior Housing Officer Vacancy

A highly reputable Housing Association based in Oxfordshire are currently looking to recruit a Locality Lead on a full time, permanent basis.

Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid working onsite in Oxfordshire

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £37,400 per annum

Main responsibilities of the role:

Ensure the smooth running of the specialised housing team as well as providing essential customer focussed service
Line management of 1x Housing Officer within their specified areas and coordinating the work of colleagues from other internal teams within their locality
Provide high quality housing management services to residents and agencies
Manage staff to ensure that their range of tasks are completed within legislative and or agreed timescales
Effectively liaise with both internal and external customers to ensure a collaborative approach and service is provided
To assume direct responsibility in respect of any more complex and/or sensitive issues relating to customers including managing complaints

Essential requirements:

Substantial housing management experience
Excellent customer skills, motivation and discipline to meet deadlines and targets
Previous experience of managing staff in a busy environment
