We are the global higher education experts, empowering university excellence worldwide.

With over five decades’ devoted experience, THE is the world’s most authoritative source of data and intelligence on higher education. Our expertise, established global platforms and unrivalled data resources make us the trusted adviser to universities and governments worldwide.

THE has five work streams, including a growing consultancy arm. Our primary business centres on our world-leading data. With millions of data points analysed across more than 2,500 institutions in more than 80 countries, it feeds our unique analytical tools: THE DataPoints. This prestigious ranking helps universities attract global talent, and inspires the healthy competition, collaboration and global networks that drive up quality for all.

Our consultancy division complements our team of data science experts, providing advisory services to support higher education institutions’ strategic development. We are a global business with a global reputation for excellence, looking for an exceptional and highly motivated Senior Higher Education Consultant to join our growing, talented and ambitious team.

  • Confident and independent self-starter who is able to hit the ground running; comfortable working within teams as well as being able to work effectively autonomously

  • Critical thinking skills with strengths in quantitative and/or qualitative data collection and analysis
  • Passionate about the role of higher education
  • Strong MS Office skills – Word, Excel and PowerPoint
