Job summary
The Learning Disability Service are seeking dynamic staff to empower individuals with complex conditions to live a normal life as possible.
We have positions for senior healthcare assistants/support workers, qualified to Level 3 with relevant experience, to support people with a learning disability within their own homes or residential setting, adopting a personalised approach to maximise independence, choice and control following a philosophy of enabling people to reach and maintain their optimum level of health and wellbeing.
The working hours expected are individualised around the person but will include night work and sleep in shifts where additional payments are made.
