We are looking to expand our team with a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Manager. Being a new role in the business, this position will develop strategic processes that support the growth of the franchise network by optimising our recruitment potential. The Talent Acquisition Manager will create and manage recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry into our Franchise Support Centre and across out network of franchise offices.
Talent Acquisition Manager – Summary of this Role
- To build strategic, effective and innovative recruitment and retention processes for the network and the Franchise Support Centre.
- To manage strong working relationships with our recruitment partners to deliver best outcomes for the businesses.
- Via an excellent understanding of the current market conditions, share insight and best HR practices across the business.
- Become the internal expert to advise the business and wider network of best ways to recruit and retain talent.
- Via various methods, deliver, support and advise the network on recruitment and retention strategies.
- Achieve a variety of realistic annual KPIs relating to recruitment and retention figures.
Responsibilities:
- To attract the best talent for Caremark’s businesses which covers a plethora of job roles from Care Assistants within the network, to Director Level roles at the Franchise Support Centre.
- To build an environment that is conducive to staff retention across all Caremark offices. Use existing tools and strategies as well as developing new processes where necessary.
- Build and develop high-performing retention and recruitments strategies that can be used across our franchise network and at the Franchise Support Centre.
- Communicate, deliver and roll-out the strategies to our franchise network and provide support and advice where necessary, to ensure all Caremark offices are performing at optimum levels in terms of recruitment and retention.
- Lead in the management of all recruitment partners. As the dedicated relationship holder, ensure an in-depth understanding of each of their products in detail and their benefits, in order to make supplier, product and budget recommendations to the network.
- Develop strong knowledge of the talent pool and pipelines to recruit key roles and deliver strategic and competitive ways to attract top talent and to improve the quality of our hires.
- To be the lead and expert in the business with knowledge and understanding of how individual Franchise Offices can build recruitment and retention plans to support business growth.
- Build upon a culture that grows and develops internal talent with a view to encouraging career progression, both at the Franchise Support Centre and within the network.
- Lead on the introduction of an Applicant Tracking System by working closely with the IT department.
- Work with our Data Analyst to build network intelligence to enable measurement of success and to understand what works and what doesn’t.
- Work with the Marketing team by sharing success stories and case studies with a view to using them as promotional messages to aid in further recruitment.
- Work with the Training team, to develop and implement on-boarding programs to ensure new hires are properly integrated in the company – sharing this with wider network to improve retention rates across the Franchise Offices.
- Where relevant, post and promote jobs across all recruitment platforms.
- Work with the HR Manager to build and develop the Caremark employee offering.
- From time to time, carry out duties that may fall outside the summary of the role at the request of the Directors that are within the scope and spirit of employment with Caremark.
Talent Acquisition Manager Key Qualities:
- You are comfortable managing external suppliers and conversing with a wide-range of personnel at differing levels, both within the franchisors’ business and the network of franchise owners.
- You will be capable of working with multiple Franchise offices of various sizes and be at ease influencing others to build plans, monitor progress and challenge where necessary.
- You will be able to lead and conduct recruitment meetings, define interview processes and share market intelligence with key stakeholders in the business.
- You are extremely passionate and driven on everything recruitment.
- You are content to act strategically, as well as tactically.
Qualifications:
- Strong track record in delivering Talent Acquisition Strategy.
- Experience in designing and delivering retention ideas and solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders and external partners at all levels.
Salary: £50,000 per annum

Location: Office based in Worthing, West Sussex (with one day work from home and flexi timings that can be discussed during the interview)
