Senior Graphic Designer

Senior Graphic Designer Manchester, England

Street Group
Full Time Manchester, England 30000 - 40000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Recognised for the 2nd year running as a World Class Business to Work for by Best Companies in 2022, this year we aim to be even better. Street Group is one of the fastest-growing PropTech companies in the UK. Our mission is to radically improve the property industry for everyone.

People moving home regularly cite a lack of transparency and a painfully slow process, and that’s often due to the technology in Estate Agent’s hands.

For the past seven years, we’ve been working hard to change that.

To help us on our mission, we have a brand new role at Street Group; we are looking for a dedicated and hard-working Senior Graphic Designer. Joining our dynamic and ambitious Marketing team, helping to convey Street Group’s brand, working in the space between the product and sales teams, to communicate with current customers and prospects.

We're on a mission to put joy back into moving. Building on the success of our flagship product Spectre, a game-changer for estate agency marketing, we’ve continued to focus on building incredible technology to revolutionise the property industry.

Over the past three years, we've been working on Street.co.uk- our groundbreaking product that puts transparency, user experience and beautiful design at the heart of our industry. We’ve got big plans and as a Senior Graphic Designer you will play a key part in ensuring clients continue to love our software!

If you love autonomy, are naturally curious, and want to have a genuine impact within a growing company, we think you’d fit right in!

The Marketing Team:

The Marketing Team is a tight-knit, super-efficient group of free thinkers and challengers who take each day as an opportunity to drive success. You'll be working alongside experts in copywriting, video, product marketing and strategy to create industry-leading campaigns that raise brand awareness and generate leads across several products.

Here’s what you can expect to be working on as a Senior Graphic Designer on the Marketing Team at Street Group:

  • Brand Guardianship; setting the standard and promoting the importance of brand across the company
  • Leading and evolving the creative direction of Street Group through bringing our brands to life and taking ownership of all design material across the Group
  • Working closely with our Marketing Team to help shape all creative communications
  • Conceptualise new material and design for our marketing collateral such as emails, brochures, direct mail, and social media whilst maintaining brand consistency.
  • Helping to convey Street Group’s employer brand.
  • Manage and maintain graphic files, including logos, photos and illustrations.
  • Provide support to our sales team and other departments.
  • Mentorship of Junior Graphic Designer.

Who we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of commercial experience working full-time in the creative industry. In-house experience is preferred or working as a busy in-house graphic designer.
  • Experience working in B2B Tech/SaaS would be beneficial
  • You have a passion and enthusiasm for design with true creative flair
  • Strong creative portfolio
  • A passion for creating stunning visuals
  • Strong design ethos and great attention to detail
  • You’re an expert across the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and hold working knowledge of Figma.
  • You have experience in crafting design collateral across both digital and print platforms including, but not limited to; email, websites, display advertisement, brochures and direct mail
  • You’re a self-starter with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your own time, handling multiple projects at once
  • You’re a team player who’s happy to work with people from all areas of the business.
  • An understanding of B2B customer journey/life cycle
  • Keen interest in keeping up to date with current and emerging design trends
  • Ability to convey complex technical features through simple and compelling visuals
  • Naturally inquisitive, comfortable in questioning, challenging and exploring new approaches to solve problems

Research has shown that women tend to rule themselves out of applying for jobs unless they meet 100% of the requirements. If you fall into that category and were about to rule yourself out based on the above criteria; please consider applying anyway. We'd love to see your application!

Why join Street Group?
