Are you experienced in sales and looking to get some part time work whilst getting a clear entry into the property industry?
Let Property is looking for 1 Freelance Viewing agent around Aberdeen. Becoming one of our freelance viewing agents is a fantastic route into the property industry and you can do it part time in the evenings and weekends.
As one of the largest investment sales companies in Scotland, this position is perfect for someone who is motivated and is willing to work within a dynamic environment that requires excellent attention to detail.
You will be responsible for:
- Showing up on time to evening viewings with prospective buyers for properties that fit your availability schedule.
- Providing information to buyers about the property from the information pack that we provide to you prior to the viewing.
- Many of the properties that we sell are tenanted, so you will be responsible for handling situations involving a lot of people in a single property at one time.
- Your job is to ultimately make buyers comfortable with the investment opportunity and sell the property to them in a positive and realistic light using the information that you have been provided with.
You will be fully trained on exactly how to conduct a property viewing from our leading training information from our viewing handling team.
You must have a valid UK Drivers License and you must use your own vehicle.
You must be based in or around Aberdeen as this is where your assigned properties are situated.
We pay a very healthy fixed rate for each property viewing that you carry out along with a bonus pay for each property that sells off the back of your viewing.
There are opportunities for viewing agents to be offered full time positions within Let Property in the future, so this is a great entry job into Property in an industry where many agencies require experience to get started.
