Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a senior graphic designer with exemplary attention to detail and adeptness in Figma. The individual should have a strong foundation in design principles, developed over a minimum of 5 years in an agency environment. The ability to transform complex requirements into compelling visual narratives is essential.
Salary:
Salary range: £30k-£35k (depending on experience)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute high-quality visual designs across various digital platforms.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure design aligns with strategy.
- Uphold and evolve design guidelines, ensuring brand consistency across projects.
- Utilise industry-leading software ,including the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- Remain updated on graphic trends, ensuring our content remains relevant and impactful.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a formal agency setting.
- Demonstrable proficiency in Figma.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing a breadth of design work.
- Mastery of graphic design software, notably the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A keen sense of aesthetics, proficient in integrating colours, fonts, and layouts.
- An exceptional attention to detail.
- A pulse on current design trends and techniques.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Preferred: A formal degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
