Role overview
Reporting to the Head of Design, you'll work on creative that grabs the attention of target businesses for our clients, as well as brand-level awareness campaigns - spanning digital, social, and print work for advertising, through to hero creative assets and experiential campaigns.
Based in either our London or Cheltenham offices, with hybrid remote working opportunities, you will bring a passion for design, and for applying a creative thought process to solving challenges. You'll have excellent applied design skills and know that getting details right makes a difference.
You'll also be someone with an eye for art direction who can switch between big ideas and focused execution, can explain their thinking and why it's right for the problem they're solving.
As a Senior Graphic Designer at Agent3, you will:
- Work on visual communication across different systems and formats
- Work on several diverse projects with a team, sharing ideas, supported by an encouraging and inspiring environment where we want everyone's voice to be heard
- Produce client-ready work, with an exceptional level of creative quality across your projects
- Take on client feedback, discuss and adapt designs, while ensuring that your final work will achieve the same outcome
- Work with a team who love what they do and working together
- Get support from a senior team who care about delivering better work than we're asked to do at every opportunity and are dedicated to helping our team grow and excel at their roles
You will bring:
- 4+ years of design experience, including experience working with B2B brands
- Working knowledge of graphics and design fundamentals, and you'll have built up a diverse portfolio of work
- Experience using design software including the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, and InDesign) and Figma
- Experience using prototyping tools like Marvel, InVision and XD
- Care for your craft and a desire to achieve great work
