We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and creative Graphic Designer to take on this newly created role and really make it their own! Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications you will be integral to the future creative vision for the hospice.
You will be an excellent brand guardian and be genuinely passionate about the work we do, designing collateral to promote our vision and purpose through high-quality graphic content.
This role will sit within the marketing department and will be key to helping promote the fundraising initiatives and core hospice services, by producing compelling marketing assets for use across offline and digital channels.

You will have:
In-depth working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Extensive professional design experience
Previous experience designing for both offline and digital channels
Experience developing campaign identities
Be proficient working on a wide range of projects from initial brief to completion
Solid people skills, and the ability to work effectively across all functions of the organisation
A positive, ‘can do’ attitude and be a genuine team player
Our ideal candidate will:
- Be dedicated, compassionate, work in collaboration, be open, honest, flexible, caring and deliver high standards in everything you do
- Want to work in a well-established, award winning hospice, working as part of the multidisciplinary team to support the children, young people and their families from the time of their referral through to end of life care
- Be commercially aware, designing collateral and working with external printers to maximise value for money
- Be passionate about the work we do, and be flexible in your approach
- Be hands on, with a desire to learn about the hospice and the work we do and build solid relationships throughout the hospice
