Who You'll Work With
You will be based in one of our European or North America offices as part of our global finance team.
What You'll Do
You will enable our transformation within PACE and across the firm. Major areas of focus are to drive thought leadership, change management and execution of our evolving philosophy on pricing, our PACE operating model and infrastructure transformation. This role will work alongside and operate as an integrator across all service lines in PACE.
You will Innovate our operating model through technology, operational efficiency and/or communication models to accelerate where we can move “beyond per diems”. You will also codify and scale operating model to understand, translate and advise how we structure and price alternative delivery models.
You will scale process and rhythm to enable partner learning and capability building in how we innovate our approach to pricing and arrangements. You will work with learning to design and deliver impactful learning for our partners, senior partners and APs. You will create any supporting material to reinforce behavior change (e.g., case study library, maintain the microsite).
You will build an integrated PACE digital infrastructure associated with our engagement life cycle, including digitization of the regional and global pricing committee processes and any other digital initiatives that arise to better serve our users (including Pricing Excellence Portal, MSA repositories, etc.).
You will serve as cross-cutting integrator within PACE service lines and the firm more broadly to maximize synergies, impact, and untapped opportunities. As a transformation officer, you will keep abreast of the major initiatives within PACE, to help to unlock any roadblocks and make connections both within PACE, within finance and across the firm. Additionally, you will lead projects as they relate to change management or our transformation.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience and bring valuable judgment, oversight and insights to the team
- College degree required; masters preferred or applicable experience
- Pricing and or finance experience in a professional services or similar environment; learning, change management experience a plus, but not required
- Multi-national experience or exposure
- Experience establishing credibility and managing a critical set of responsibilities
- Outstanding strategic, analytical, business problem solving and execution skills
- Ability to drive a transformation, make connections, keep processes on track and remove roadblocks
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
