Position Summary
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a proactive, full time Senior Executive Assistant to join and work within our Nestlé Professional team in London. Your role will involve providing a seamless, confidential and highly professional service to the team.
Key responsibilities include:

- Pre-emptive diary management - effectively managing conflicting priorities.
- Coordinating both internal and external meetings.
- Arranging domestic and international travel and accommodation bookings.
- Providing general administrative support such as raising purchase orders, preparing reports and presentations, managing expenses and holiday requests.
- Prioritising, handling and responding to general correspondence including incoming post, emails, telephone calls and messages.
- Organising staff meetings including dates, venues, agendas minutes and distribution or papers to delegates where required.
What will make you successful
You’ll be an experienced, highly organised and energetic executive assistant with a proven track record of providing senior level support within a fast paced, corporate environment. You should also enjoy working with a wide variety of people and be able to operate professionally and efficiently even when under pressure.
You will:
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach to working as well as good at using your initiative
- Be trustworthy with confidential information and an excellent team player.
- Have strong MS Office skills are essential for this role; Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Have a strong pro-active nature and the ability to remain professional and business focused at all times when communicating with stakeholders across the business and externally.
