Overall Purpose
Our Sales Team acts as the voice of the brand and will often be the first contact guests have.
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Events Executive to strategically drive the corporate sales strategy by maximising revenue through the effective management of enquiries from conception to delivery, whilst still delivering F1 standard hospitality.
This role is perfect for someone looking for a step up, with huge progression opportunities.
Work Set Up:
Upon completion of training we have options for a hybrid working set up. During the first month its likely that you will need to be in the office to collab with the Sales & Events Manager, build relationships with your colleagues and complete training.
This role is 40 hours a week over a 5 day period. ( Some Saturdays required)
Salary £28,000-£31,000 Plus Bonus ( DOE)
Core Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- 1-2 Years Experience in Hospitality Sales and Events
- A sales driven individual with an outgoing, bubbly and positive personality
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed targets
- Natural ability to sell products enthusiastically
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outstanding organizational and administration skills with a superior attention to detail
- A self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and create professional, sustainable relationships
- A proven ability to think and act with speed and efficiency in a fast paced, high pressured, high volume environment
Desirable:
- A background in developing corporate client relationships at senior management level
- A strong understanding of the hospitality industry
- Previous experience in B2B sales
- Experience in competitive socialising concepts
- Experience using CRM and Enquiry Management & Booking systems
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing a high volume of inbound enquiries from start to finish
- Ensure guests receive the ultimate Formula One experience by offering the most appropriate products and setup available based on their requirements
- Maintain a high level of customer service and increase guest satisfaction, ensuring a smooth and premium customer journey
- Maximise revenue by converting enquiries, recognizing business prospects and upselling a every opportunity.
- Build an excellent relationship with the Operations team who you will be working closely with daily.
- To have an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the operation of the business and the products on offer.
- Liaise with clients to coordinate corporate or social events, building rapport and creating professional relationships
- Ensure every detail of a customer’s reservation has been accurately recorded following established procedures
- Occasionally conduct proactive sales, targeting UK businesses with a view to promote and pro-actively sell venue event services
- Generate new business leads
- Organise, plan and manage site visits and FAM trips when necessary.
