Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Senior Engineer to join our exciting growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the IT infrastructure, systems, and applications within Radius Payment Solutions large and varied customer base. They will work closely with other members of the IT team to provide technical support and ensure the smooth operation of our customers technology environments.

Your responsibilities day to day will be…

• 
  Design and implement complex IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, network, security, and cloud-based technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
• Migrate users and services from on-prem to MS365
• Manage and maintain servers, storage, network, security, and cloud-based technologies.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations such as Cyber essentials
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the successful implementation of IT projects.
• Provide technical support to end-users, including desktop support, mobile device management, and software installations.
• Mentor junior members of the IT team and provide technical leadership.

What do we expect of you?

• 
  7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
• Advanced knowledge of servers, storage, network, security, and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong experience with Windows server administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMWare and Hyper-V.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cloud migrations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in project management is a plus.
