The Centre for Academic Development and Quality (CADQ) are looking to recruit three Senior Educational Developers, who are strategic leaders with expertise in curriculum design, assessment and feedback, active, collaborative learning, and leadership of high-performance teams.
As a Senior Educational Developer, you will join the Educational Development team within CADQ, in delivering ongoing learning and teaching professional development for those who teach and support learning, to ensure the delivery of positive impactful experiences for all students at NTU.
Are you an experienced educational developer with expertise in creating and delivering staff development programmes at-scale?
Do you have expertise in one or more of the following areas:
- Curriculum design, assessment and feedback,
- Active, collaborative learning, and
- Leading high-performing teams
Are you highly organised and able to work independently, whilst leading collaborative teams to achieve high-quality outputs?
Are you an excellent communicator with a proven track record in senior stakeholder engagement?
Are you a strong leader with experience of designing, implementing and evaluating cross-institutional projects?
As Senior Educational Developer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of NTU’s Success for All initiative, leading staff development for those who teach and support learning at NTU to ensure enhanced student satisfaction, engagement and support, and for addressing disparities in student attainment, progression and outcomes.
