Overview:
As the Ecommerce Manager, you will have responsibility for directing, defining, and executing the GTM sales growth and marketing strategy to support the growth of B2C eCommerce solutions for strategic partners across EMEA. Reporting directly to the Senior Director for Digital Distribution, this role will work in close partnership with the Commerce leadership team, Products team and Account Management as well as directly with 3rd party merchants.

- Managing our strategic platform partner and ensuring that the platform remains fit for purpose.
- Responsible for key initiatives / building blocks that will drive growth through the platform, content expansion and / or marketing activity.
- GTM Marketing Strategy – develop and execute the marketing strategy for UK/EMEA, aligning to the global marketing strategy where possible.
- Campaign management and optimization – design and execute integrated cross-channel marketing campaigns (inc email, paid, webinars, social, events, PR, thought leadership, research) that build brand awareness and deliver strong ROI in terms of lead volumes, lead quality, new business and cross sell/upsell opportunities with clients.
- Stakeholder Engagement - proactively engage with the B2C commercial and account management teams, Global Marketing, Digital, Product Marketing and PR teams to create integrated marketing plans and leverage global strategies where possible. You will also work directly with our partners both from distribution and platform.
- Events: Own and deliver the events strategy aligned to UK/EMEA merchants and marketing goals for delivery of demand gen programs for prospects and for developing deeper relationships with existing customers.
- Paid Channels – develop and optimize demand generation using paid search and paid social aligned with business goals working closely with specialist Digital Agencies
- Agency Management – develop, work with and help manage external agencies to ensure maximum ROI from all outsourced spend.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Budget Management: Responsible for the planning, reforecasting, and execution of the P&L.
- Proven digital account management experience.
- Experience in delivering to a budget.
- Proven experience in B2C demand generation, campaign and events marketing targeting a broad range of market segments within the technology, payments, retail or commerce/fintech sectors.
- You understand lead flows and sales cycles, and will help refine, or define lead management best practices and synergies across our martech stack, to drive tangible ROI and enable data-driven decision making.
- Industry knowledge of cutting-edge demand generation methods, including creating a funnel, nurture strategies, digital, online, and live events.
- Experience of B2C digital/inbound marketing including web and content marketing, ability to leverage social media to seed demand, SEO/SEM.
- An understanding of the Gaming (video games) and the branded payments market is desirable, but not essential.
- Proven record of supporting sales to meet and/or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
- Analytically driven decision maker, with the ability to capture and share key data and insights and use data to drive key marketing strategies and decisions.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.
- An ability to work to organizational deadlines and KPI’s.
- Hands-on experience with marketing technology stacks (such as PBI, Workfront, Dynamics 365, Marketo, SalesLoft, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEO) software is an advantage but not essential.
