The Role…

We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, enthusiastic and performance-orientated individual to join our eCommerce team based at our Head Office at 180 Strand, London. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce / Head of Marketing, you'll be responsible for working with our Digital Marketing Agency & internal teams to acquire new non-member customers via digital touch points and contributing to our retention strategy. Alongside our three retail brands, you'll also work with the wider group to drive spa & bedroom bookings via paid channels.

This is a global role with a focus on growth in North America. The role works closely with our Finance, Brand, PR, Digital Design, Trade, Development and Content teams to ensure smooth and efficient running of all Digital Marketing campaigns, data and overall strategy.


Main Duties…

  • Top line profitable growth through digital marketing channels. This will be focussed on the acquisition of non-members and a strong focus on North America
  • Set the budgets and digital marketing principles for internal teams and our digital marketing / media partners in order to hit our overall business objectives
  • Integrate physical retail into the digital marketing eco-system and be part of our transition to a truly omnichannel business
  • Focus on sales attribution to ensure we have clarity on digital marketing channel contribution and acknowledge the role of our Studios on our overall performance
  • Report to the leadership team on performance of campaigns, customer & channels on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis ensuring actionable insight leads analysis
  • Create and maintain a 360 view on digital marketing from concept to brief, deployment to reporting & ensure all key stakeholders are kept abreast of developments and performance
  • Use channel and audience insight to help shape a digital-first content strategy. Partner with marketing and creative teams to suggest campaign optimisations
  • Implement a paid social test and learn strategy
  • Work with CRM and Marketing functions to create and deliver our evolving retention strategy across our digital channels
  • Be an expert on accurate forecasting using data – be able to use this information to influence trade driving activity and determine budgets alongside our digital marketing agency and internal trade / marketing functions
  • Manage our affiliate partners to to drive incremental revenue through respected media titles relevant to our brands
  • Collaborate with the Head of Ecommerce, Senior UX Manager, Trade Director, Head of Marketing & digital marketing partner to deliver SEO strategy

Requirements / Qualifications...

  • Robust understanding of online marketing and e-commerce.
  • A keen interest in retail & interiors industry
  • 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • Experience running campaigns in the US
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience of Digital Analytics (preferably Google Analytics) and a working knowledge of ad serving and feed management
  • A creative approach to problem solving and idea generation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to tight deadlines
  • Highly detail oriented, able to successfully manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills at all levels
  • You enjoy measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Helpful but not essential:

  • Familiar with: Figma, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Wrike, Atlassian/Jira
