Age UK’s award-winning Fundraising team has a goal to grow our income beyond £60M in the next five years and our digital activities will be critical to us reaching our target. We are investing in an ambitious Fundraising strategy to help us deeply engage more supporters and partners in our work so that we can be there for the millions of older people who need someone to turn to.
We are now recruiting for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive - CRO, a newly created and unique role within the Charity.
This exciting role is about optimising the whole user journey experience through analysing, designing, and testing our Age UK web pages to help improve conversion rates and increase fundraising income for the charity. You will be our expert on conversion rate optimisation and will be responsible for enhancing our web site landing pages and platforms to increase conversion and drive fundraising income growth.
This role will play a key part in increasing supporter engagement and income for the fundraising division at Age UK. If you have experience in CRO experimentation and want to make a difference, we’d love to hear from you!
This fantastic opportunity offers hybrid and flexible working between home and a central London co-working hub. Currently one day per week (Thursdays) in the office, the rest of the days are flexible.
Must haves:
- Proven experience in CRO experimentation to increase income.
- Ability to understand best practices for UX design on mobile and desktop.
- Excellent communicator working across numerous teams and providing a service to a remote team.
- A track record of strong project management skills.
- The capability to be a result focused individual.
- Proven experience of digital marketing.

Additional Information
The role may involve occasional travel, including some overnight stays.
