Our Account Management team at Sky Creative manage projects and campaigns for the UK and European markets across multiple business verticals. We’re looking to bolster our senior ranks with a Senior Account Director to assume a leadership role for Digital projects and campaigns across multiple business areas. You’ll be integral to leading the planning and delivery of digital BAU and campaign led activity, for prospects and customers across all digital touchpoints!

What you’ll do:

Own the implementation of digital campaigns, BAU, website projects, testing initiatives across the portfolio!
Partner with senior digital and marketing partners to create an integrated view of digital marketing requirements across all business areas. Getting under the skin of key challenges in each business area, to lead on scoping and planning to deliver on the priorities for digital marketing.
Lead on digital innovation initiatives, working with teams to ideate and execute against strategy and brief requirements
Work with the relevant Head of Business to plan for and highlight any potential pinch points and conflicts that will impact the work and/or resources.
Lead on gathering performance insights and findings from relevant sources, to input into future and activity.
Be a key player in evolving workflows to create cohesive and efficient ways of working across account management, production, creative, marketing and digital teams.
Scope projects and ensure budgeting, tracking and reporting is efficient and accurate.

What you’ll bring:

7+ years of Account Management experience in leading high profile, digital first campaigns and projects across all digital channels and touchpoints, for established as well as challenger brands across different categories.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of standard methodology, processes, and production challenges across different touchpoints; be it with digital display (including programmatic) or website builds.
Experience working across multiple teams and business areas simultaneously. With the ability to distil and simplify complex issues from different areas, and lead collaboration across functions to achieve better outcomes.
Successful track record of leading process change as well as pushing creative boundaries and innovation in digital.
Ability to review data to identify findings and practical insights to improve performance.
Strong communication skills; able to build and maintain relationships at a senior level, e.g., Head of Department or Director level.
A high-level, customer-focused, strategic outlook but get into the detail when an issue requires it.
