We are looking for an experienced, creative, and ambitious Senior Designer to join our growing team.
We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our creative team in Colchester, Essex. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the creative design process and managing a team of designers.
The Senior Designer will be expected to develop innovative visual solutions to complex design problems and create stunning visuals that will help our clients achieve their marketing objectives for both creative campaigns, branding and website design.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the creative design process and manage a team of designers
- Develop innovative visual solutions to complex design problems
- Create stunning visuals for our clients’ marketing campaigns
- Ensure accuracy and quality control of all creative design work
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure delivery of excellent creative design work
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Mentor junior designers and help them develop their skills
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and quality
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a design-related field
- Proven ability to develop innovative visual solutions to complex problems
- Proficient in all the latest design software, including Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong eye for detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive attitude and a passion for design

Salary: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
