Job description
We are seeking highly skilled and design-focused senior architects to join our dynamic team of architects, urban designers, engineers, and sustainability experts on high-profile projects that shape cities and communities worldwide. Responsibilities include problem-solving complexity, strong leadership, mentoring, active participation in group discussions, and contributing to the overall design process.
We are looking for someone who:
- Actively leads projects with periodic supervision from Project Leadership.
- Demonstrates initiative, innovation, problem-solving, and strong decision-making skills.
- Integrates interdisciplinary criteria to advance the design of project components.
- Produces, coordinates, and oversees delivery of presentation and contract materials (e.g., diagrams, 3D models, renderings).
- Communicates effectively within project teams, consultants, and clients.
- Collaborates actively,
- Inspires and leads by example, participating in staff mentoring and training.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Completion of a professional degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 6-12 years of professional experience or equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Professional licensure process is nearing completion; LEED accreditation preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Rhino is required, ability in Revit, parametric and rendering software, and Adobe Suite preferred.
