We are seeking a proactive, dynamic and experienced Senior DC Governance Consultant to serve as a lead consultant on clients delivering and promoting our services. You will help trustees and sponsors run their DC pension arrangements, be responsible for Global DC management, helping clients analyse their plans both globally and locally, and optimising plan design features. Clients will include corporate sponsors, trustee boards of trust-based schemes and governance committees of contract-based schemes.

We will count on you to:
Be an expert in Defined Contribution Pensions
Serve as a lead consultant on clients delivering and promoting our services
Review calculations and work produced by junior consultants and analysts using Mercer software/tools
Manage your own portfolio by assessing the performance, trends, business insights to ensure we are servicing our clients at the highest level
Provide support and advise internal Mercer teams regarding defined contribution issues
Hold significant responsibility for proactive revenue generation of existing clients and extending the range of DC services provided by other lines of business as appropriate
Build new and develop existing business through maintaining relationships, networking, attending events, seminars and being a knowledgeable expert in DC
Contribute to future strategy for the team, working with the leadership team and local business leaders from other lines of business.
Act as a change agent by supporting and implementing Mercer business and corporate strategies as appropriate
Promote Mercer in the market place
Utilise our institutional investment experience to provide competitive and compelling investment options to all clients - this includes Mercer Workplace Savings (UK)
What you need to have:
Experience in a Defined Contributions Consultancy role (or similar)
Strong Governance experience
Relevant professional qualification such as PMI, FIA/FFA or CFA
Proven experience in managing projects and exceeding client expectations
Proven sales experience in developing new business from an existing client base and new clients
