Job description
Role – Senior Data Analyst
Location – London – Putney Bridge (Hybrid work pattern)
Salary – £55,000 - £62,500 plus bonus

Are you a Senior Data Analyst who thrives working alongside best in class sales teams and enjoys helping them achieve their goals? Would you like the opportunity to be part of a change management programme to replace old and implement the new tech stack? If so this could be the ideal role for you.
The Challenge
We have a lot of manual reporting and processes where the data forecasting accuracy isn’t as high as we would like it. For the first few months your task will be manage this in order to enable us to have greater security around orders and revenue. This will be a very big win for us and will lead to the transformation piece of bringing in new technology and data models.
What you’ll need
You will have to have the ability to work closely with the business, analyse their needs and deliver to those needs. From a technical stand point you will have to be able to manage processes, build data models and finally also have experience of visualisations/dashboards. We are a Tableau house but if you have experience using PowerBi and are happy to learn a new technology, we will teach you. Strong SQL and Excel are also essential.
The process
If you are shortlisted you will have a quick intro call with me followed up by a video interview with the hiring manager for the role. If successful there will be a final stage in which you are given a task to complete and then interviewed by a panel of 2.
