We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As part of your role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Customer Experience Manager to improve and optimise the way we deliver products, services and the overall experience to our customers. Working closely with our Customer Insight and Research team, you will ensure the business acts upon insight and our customer voice to deliver an effortless customer experience.

More about you
To be successful you will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced Customer Experience role, you will have excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and relationships with stakeholders. You will have experience of working in a large organisation and preferably have experience working for a national or global complex organisations.
