We're now recruiting a new Senior Customer Engagement Communications Executive to be responsible for the implementation of AJ Bell’s customer communications through our CRM platform (Bloomreach).
This position is ideal for an individual looking to build on their entry level marketing experience to establish and to grow their marketing career within AJ Bell.
What does the job involve?
You’ll support the Customer Marketing Manager to collate key content from various stakeholders across the business to deliver a diverse range of customer campaigns on time. From AJ Bell’s weekly Shares Magazine and Insights email through to quarterly fund updates, invites to Webinars, in person events and host more.
With a strategic focus on campaign automation, you’ll work closely with AJ Bell’s CRM platform owner, the Customer Marketing Manager and key stakeholder to assess where and how regular communications can be automated and optimised.
In Partnership with the CRM platform owner and support of the Customer Marketing Manager, you’ll provide briefs to ensure Bloomreach deploys the right communications, to the right audience at the right time and with zero errors.
You’ll monitor the email dashboards produced by Bloomreach to understand and communicate key campaign KPIs – from open rates, click through rates and opt out’s to name a few. You’ll work with the Customer Marketing Manager to identify opportunities to improve customer communications to help drive engagement.
As and when needed, you’ll work with Legal, Compliance and regulatory to ensure communications are approved as needed through agreed internal processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Create, communicate and agree with key stakeholder on key timing plans for each customer campaign
- Co-ordinate stakeholder to provide content / communications on time
- Create and deliver campaign briefs for CRM to ensure activity is implemented as planned and on time
- Ensure activity is approved in line within internal processes and captured for audit purposes
- Proof and QA activity prior to go live to support zero error targets
- Regularly monitor and communicate (weekly, monthly) the campaign tracking dashboard to key stakeholder
- Identify areas for improvement and automation to further optimise and streamline customer engagement communications
About you:
- Ability to co-ordinate key stakeholders to deliver on time
- Strong sense of rigour and attention detail
- Strong project management / campaign planning
- Experience with CRM platform, automation and or email communications is preferred
- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing and or Operational communications
