About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Senior Radiographer to join our AML CT team at the Taunton Diagnostic Centre.
Alliance Medical runs Taunton Diagnostic Centre in partnership with Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Serving patients across the county, the centre is located away from the busy hospital making it more accessible and convenient for referrers and their patients. Offering a range of diagnostic imaging, our friendly team offers patients a calm and efficient scanning service.
The centre is a modern imaging unit based near junction 25 of the M5 at Taunton. The CT department is equipped with a Philips IQon Spectral CT and undertakes a range of out-patient examinations including radiographer led CTC examinations.

Required Skills and Experience
Our Senior Radiographers are responsible for the provision of high quality, effective imaging service whilst adhering to the ALARA principles and IRMER 2017/ IRR 2017 regulations. Maintaining HCPC registration and keeping up to date with current practices with CPD
Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to operate to a high level are essential. Radiographer Led CTC experience is desirable.
Please note this role offers a salary of between £33,921 to £43,768 per annum (dependent on experience). This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week (Mon – Sunday).
