Job Description


About the Role

With the perfect blend of strategic, creative and analytical thinking, the Senior CRM Executive will help to develop and deliver ASOS' CRM strategy across various customer touch points which include but are not limited to email, SMS, push, in-app and on-site.
They will do so by leveraging CRM insights, technologies and best practice and will work closely with many teams including Technology, Customer Insights, Trade, Brand Marketing other Performance Marketing teams, Creative and Editorial.

The role will cover our marketing communications as well our triggered communications and encompass end-to-end involvement with planning through to implementation and reporting.

What You'll be Doing

  • Proactive in contributing to the development of CRM content and challenging the status quo of our current processes to optimise further

  • Lead and optimise the QA process to ensure that all email and push goes out seamlessly

  • Owning complex and high priority projects and proactively driving them forwards with key stakeholders

  • Enhancing our triggered and lifecycle communications, and making suggestions for new ones

  • A trusted and well-informed ambassador for the CRM team and mentor to CRM Executives

  • Lead support for CRM-specific issues, able to troubleshoot and react quickly to solve and communicate them

  • Confident creating audiences and improving segmentation in line with engagement and conversion KPIs

  • Execute day to day production of multi-channel campaigns to a high standard setting the example for the team

  • Provide regular campaign reporting to CRM team and wider business. Interpret results to draw conclusions and recommendations for campaign improvement or A/B testing

  • Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
