As a Senior Creative, you will have a passion for brilliant ideas that tell the best stories, drive deep engagement with our consumers and make our products the most desirable.
You will enjoy collaborating and are known for creating strong ideas that really connect with an audience and deliver effective commercial results. You love to think differently and know how to pitch your ideas and demonstrate how they answer the brief. You have an instinct for what works across art direction, copywriting, graphic design and typography and moving image.
At this level we’d expect you to be an all-rounder but we’re especially looking for best in class conceptual thinking. Whether that is the big idea for a comms campaign or production propositions to bring a new launch to life. You’re at your best inspiring and motivating the brand teams to be creatively progressive, through the application of fresh, innovative and strategically aligned solutions.
You are good at building key relationships with brand teams, account managers, creative producers and enjoy working closely with the creative team made up of Art Directors, Designers, Copywriters and motion designers as well as external talent we bring in on a project basis.
We’ll expect you to be clued up on the latest industry innovations and technologies and you’ll be supported in further developing your knowledge and network through industry events and training.
You’ll have the confidence to have robust discussions around the worth and won’t settle for anything that’s not great.
You’ll be in expert in making work that lives across all the channels in our consumers lives – whether that is social or selling. We need to elevate right across the journey.

The role you’d play:
- Translating strategy into compelling propositions.
- Leadership, inspiring, supporting and directing the team to deliver great and commercially successful work.
- Ensuring a consistently brilliant execution across all media and campaigns.
- Owning, interpreting and re-shaping briefs.
- Deciphering complex communications and objectives into intelligent solutions; finding the story that needs telling.
- Acting as the link between agency and client team.
- Coordinating and directing high profile shoots, with the ability to manage and motivate teams to get the best out of shoot crews/talent.
- Building brilliant creative decks.
- Estimating, managing and delivering to deadlines within budget.
What you’d bring / be:

- Consumer-focused with the ability to fuse creative and commercial thinking, creating strong sustainable brands that consumers love.
- Proven experience of creating multi-channel content with particular emphasis on digital and social.
- Proven experience of working in creative fast-paced medium-sized organisations, where everyone is hands-on and where the focus is on getting the job done to a consistently brilliant standard.
- Strong team player, low in ego with natural collaborative leadership style.
- Experienced in leading teams and creating a strong creative culture, fostering and developing innovative thinking in others.
- Naturally innovative and always curious, able to see the bigger picture and drive transformation.
- Willing and able to go above on beyond when pitching ideas to clients.
- Culturally aware – specifically in terms of fashion, art and music.
- Strong creative eye and ‘taste’ level.
- Expert knowledge and experience of Adobe Creative (CS6): Photoshop InDesign and Illustrator
- Intuitively relates to Pentland Brand values, including its aesthetics and tone of voice, with the ability to know how to engage the brand’s target customer.
