Our UK-based team is expanding, and we're seeking a Senior Consultant or Manager to join our dedicated team and make a meaningful contribution from the start.
As a valued member of our small yet impactful team, you'll have the chance to take on responsibilities, establish valuable client relationships, and play a role in driving growth for our practice. On a day-to-day basis, you could be supporting our clients to drive process improvements, leading change management strategies, and re-designing organisation operating models. Or you could be delving into the latest trends in Analytics, CX, and Technology to enhance customer experience in a meaningful way. You might be delivering an improvement in supply chain, retail or communications networks.

As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you'll have ample opportunities for professional growth and the chance to work on various projects that will challenge and inspire you.
What are we looking for?
Proven expertise in the CME sector, you may have previous consulting experience or have played a key role in driving transformative change within a CME company (Telco, Media, Broadcast, Digital Publishing, Sports).
Experience in one or more of the following areas: digital transformation, operational strategy, operating model design, process excellence, change programmes and telecoms networks.
Proven analytical skills: leading analysis, modelling in Excel and / or SQL, and familiarity with visualisation tools.
Experience building strong relationships with both colleagues and clients is key to our success, so we're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and excels in developing good relationships with senior business leaders based on trust and respect.
You should be a creative problem-solver, with a logical and structured approach to thinking.
You're eager to apply your initiative and new ideas, always looking for ways to improve and innovate, and are comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
Strong communication skills, excellent business writing skills and confidence in presenting are all important skills so that you can make client deliverables and sales material tell a story. Building relationships and driving success go hand in hand.
