Our Comms and Engagement (Spark EY) team in People Advisory Services help some of the world’s most recognisable organisations engage and connect with their people to make real change happen through impactful content and memorable experiences. We are a team of strategists, storytellers and creatives who deliver deliberately different communications, including:

Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant you will deliver communications and engagement across a range of different change projects, including:
- Working closely with clients and teams to develop detailed communication strategies and stakeholder engagement plans
- Providing strategic communications advice to our clients as part of multi-disciplinary EY client teams
- Delivering a range of creative communications and experiences that align with strategy and plan
- Coordinating and aligning communications messages and communication roll-outs across multiple channels
- Preparing and supporting client working sessions
- Helping to define success criteria (KPIs) and developing a robust approach to measuring communication effectiveness
- Taking an outside view in to bring innovation and best practices to communications projects
About you
- Experience of working on strategic communications on complex projects, for example on large-scale transformations or mergers/acquisitions
- Ability to develop creative and engaging materials that bring business messages to life in new and different ways
- Ability to challenge and influence to move toward a common vision or goal
- Creative flair and on the look-out for new, innovative communications and engagement approaches
- Strong presentation skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible, adaptable and resilient; able to work and lead teams in ambiguous and challenging situations
- Highly organised with a great eye for detail
- Positive attitude and wanting to work and collaborate within big multidisciplinary teams
