Senior Clinical Lead Vacancy
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nurse Leader to help lead a team of 12 Qualified Nurses and 7 student nurses and 7 Auxiliary Nurses. Vets Klinic is an independent practice located in Swindon just off the M4.
This Bespoke clinic is designed to enable their team of experts to deliver the very highest level of client and patient care in a professional and transparent manner.
What we are looking for is a client focused, organised team player with outstanding communication skills, ideally a candidate should have previous experience of taking on responsibility and managing a team even if not in their current position.
The successful candidate would ideally also have experience in stock control including ordering and purchasing and clinical coach status is desirable.
The role is either a 4 or 5 day week, working 36.5 hours. No OOH, or ON call. 1 in 4 Saturday only 9am-4pm. The salary is highly competitive and based on skills, dedication and ability, CPD is funded and encouraged, and any overtime worked is paid back in lieu.
5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
