- Extensive relevant work experience in B2B brand paid media marketing, including experience working across multiple markets
- Strong proven record of setting strategy and communication with senior business leaders and customers
- Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams
- Agency management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
We are looking for a smart, creative, and data-driven Senior Channel Marketing Manager, with expertise in managing multi-channel brand advertising campaigns across multiple markets to drive awareness, familiarity and consideration of Amazon Shipping. The ideal candidate will be fluent in paid channel strategy and management across multiple markets and have creative flair to showcase our brand and product capabilities to our audience as well as data-centric experience in campaign reporting and measurement.
The Channel Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing global mass advertising and digital campaigns, agencies, budgets and reporting to support multi-channel marketing plans and product launches. Using customer insights, the Senior Channel Marketing Manager will build well thought-out briefs to create scalable campaigns for our audience personas, optimising for reach, engagement and conversion along the funnel.
Key job responsibilities
- Own brand advertising strategy, planning, budget, delivery and reporting across markets
- Manage agency partners to deliver paid media, creative assets and campaign reporting
- Drive brand consistency across the marketing assets
- Maintain campaign calendar to support brand, product and business goals
- Manage and execute campaigns via internal channels
- Work with local marketing managers to adapt campaigns to local needs
- Extensive experience with paid channel marketing strategy and execution
- Project management skills with track record of delivering on-time, within-budget initiatives that meet and achieve goals
- Highly analytical, with demonstrated ability to understand market segments and consistent track record working closely with data specialists
- Motivated self-starter who flourishes with working in ambiguous, complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business
- Deep presentation, planning, and leadership skills
- Collaboration skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment.
- Experience in a dynamic start-up or high growth environment
