
Senior Change Manager Birmingham, England
Job description
We are specifically looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager who has delivered the end-to-end breadth of change management to help our programme deliver business outcomes. Activities would include carrying out a change impact assessment, change planning, business readiness and change delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, or with a Consultancy where you have helped clients to shape and deliver a transformation programme
- Demonstrable experience briefing and influencing senior stakeholders
- Ability to drive change through complexity and ambiguity, particularly in the context of a matrix organisation
- Experience in various aspects of change management such as:
- Change strategy and planning
- Stakeholder management - strategic assessments, intervention planning
- Change impact assessment
- Business readiness assessment
- Change delivery - including engaging adoption campaigns, communications, change networks, learning & development interventions
- Organisation design
- Deployment- inc. sequencing, team preparation, people and change impact assessments
- Change measurement and sustainability planning
