About Us
Falcon House Care Residential Home is a privately owned and managed small residential care provider, based in Little Hallingbury, offering the highest standards of residential and day care for the elderly. With dedicated and loyal staff, we provide a relaxing environment that affords residents the comfort, dignity, and the independence that they deserve.
We are looking to add to our fantastic team of staff an experienced senior.
Shift patterns: 7am-14:30 pm; 13:30-21pm and/or 7am-8pm; including every other weekend.
About You
- Experienced in leading shift and managing small staff team, administering medication, dealing with emergencies in calm and supportive manner
- Caring, kind, people's-person
- Punctual, flexible, reliable
- Can-do attitude
- Respectful - you will be working in someone's home!
- You will be part of a small and supportive team who work closely with one another and who are passionate about what they do to make a difference to the lives of our residents
- Willing to work according to the rota (short and long shifts available), including every other weekend.
- Car owners are desirable as set in rural location
All candidates will be invited for an initial telephone screening and in-person interview, where you will have the opportunity to see the home and ask questions

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bishop's Stortford, CM22 7PP: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- providing care: 1 year (required)
- Senior care: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred)
