Senior Care Assistant
We are a small care home set in the beautiful town of Alnwick. We have 28 bedrooms and pride ourselves on our friendly atmosphere!

We are currently looking for a Senior Care Assistant for day shifts.
If you are committed to providing the best care and support to your residents and
ensure Service Users are at the heart of your care delivery.
To ensure that all staff contribute to the efficient running of the service and supervise staff
Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals they support
Develop effective working relationships with other employees within Summerhill Care Home
Work in cooperation with members of the multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users
Seek opportunities for personal and professional growth
Have previous experience working as a senior carer
Have relevant NVQ and to have medication training
Attend statutory training and any other training as directed by the management

Salary: £11.50 per hour
