About Us
Hollymead House was originally opened as a nursing home in the ’80s. The Martin family took over the home in 2000 when its registration was changed to Residential Care. We have made many improvements to the home over the years as well as ensuring that we provide first-class care.
The Role:
We are seeking to employ experienced quality staff to join our excellent team. You will be passionate about your role, reliable, proffesional as well as being versatile and want to make a difference. We have a very low turn over of staff due to our preferential rates of pay and excellent working conditions. An opportunity to develop your career within care.
- To carry out and undertake specific and general tasks which will provide good quality of health, welfare and well-being of the residents.
- To contribute, develop and implement residents person centred care plans.
- To work flexibly to meet the resident's support needs
- To communicate effectively and professionally with all persons in the resident's life.
- To work as part of a person-centred team
- To work effectively and professionally within the policies, procedures, aims, objectives and philosophy of the company with your colleagues.
- Previous experience as a Care Assistant is essential. NVQ 2 or NVQ 3 required.
