IT Support Engineer - 365/Azure- £27-32K - Hybrid

An established IT Solutions Provider based in Central London requires an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their team. You will support a range of clients remotely so you will be required to have great customer service and client support experience.
Suitable candidates should show some of the following:
***Strong skills with Office 365 environments (Azure, Intune and the Microsoft Suite)
***Skill with Windows 10 OS's
***Cloud support and remote support technologies
***Hardware and Software support skills
***Windows Desktop / Server Environments
***Networking experience - LAN / WAN / Firewalls
Desirable Skills:
***Certifications (Microsoft Certifications - Azure, MCSE, MCSA, ITIL)
***Knowledge of SLA's and KPI's
***Experience of working for an IT Solutions / Managed Service provider
