Freckleton Lodge Residential Care Home is seeking experienced and passionate Senior Care Assistants to join our team, we have vacancies in day shifts and night shifts. The successful candidates for this position will have skills in the following areas: leadership, team building, crisis intervention, administration of medication, supervision and mentoring, providing a personalised caring service within a residential care setting . This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires an individual who is able to work with individuals, their families and healthand social care professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Detailed care plans and reports.
- Administration of medication and the management of medication
- Interact socially with Residents and colleagues.
- Liaise with health and social care professionals for team-based assessments.
- Ensure and facilitate that a caring, safe and homely environment for residents to live in.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 36 per week
Salary: From £11.87 per hour
