Job description

Job Introduction We have an excellent opportunity for a strong L & D professional to take on our Head of Learning and Development role. This is a senior position working closely with an array of key stakeholders around the business. You will enjoy a mix of strategic input and operational involvement including overseeing design and delivery of a wide range of L & D initiatives and be experienced in managing people, budgets, projects and suppliers. Other responsibilities include looking after the Learning Management System, apprenticeships and ensuring our L & D provision is fully integrated with Equality, Diversity and Inclusion best practice. You should possess a solid background in learning and development ideally gained in a fast-paced commercial environment where you have combined a quality-driven partnership approach with high-level credibility and influence. You will be involved in the full spectrum of L & D activities as well as a number of projects to lead including the innovative development of our digital offering and the full utilisation of existing and emerging technologies.
