An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Business Administration and Support Team, who support the Senior Leadership Team and business area senior managers across the Coventry University Group.
The Role
As a Senior Business Support Administrator you will provide a wide range of administrative and project related support to a designated area while adopting a sophisticated approach to ensure business continuity when managers are travelling.
You will organise meetings, agendas, take minutes, chase actions and report on progress for defined areas of activity while taking responsibility in the preparation and collation of documents and information including researching information in a timely manner. Acting as ‘Secretary’ to strategic planning meetings and other related project groups when required you will also support the planning and management of events and conferences including UK and overseas travel arrangements where appropriate.
Our Ideal Candidate
You will have proven, demonstrable experience in providing high level administrative and office management support for one or more senior managers. Degree educated, or extensive equivalent experience in a similar role, you will have the ability to organise meetings, manage diaries, source, and present information, arrange events and conferences including overseas travel.
With excellent customer service and communication skills, you will have experience communicating with a broad range of key stakeholders both internal and external including international stakeholders while demonstrating tact, diplomacy, and confidentiality.
The ability to work both independently and as part of a team with the flexibly to manage and prioritise your workload meet to the needs and demands of a dynamic organisation operating in a rapidly changing environment are essential for this role.
