Paramount Group Uk Ltd is a small business in Hertforshire. Our client aims in adding value to the customer business in European region driving it with Passion, Innovation, Integrity, and Excellence.

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and revenue, identifying new opportunities, and managing relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.

Key Responsibility of Senior BDM

  • Knowledge of GERMAN preferred
  • Identifying accounts to be targeted, penetrating these accounts, and establishing excellent relationships with CXOs and other key stakeholders.
  • Engage and strategize with senior-level executives at client companies to demonstrate how our services can drive revenue to their business.
  • Lead management by establishing connect with potential clients, arranging business development meetings and successfully pitching service offerings
  • Maintain the healthy pipeline as per the target
  • Managing the entire deal 'Qualify' to 'Close' lifecycle
  • Experience with CRM and prospecting tools is preferred
  • Experience selling to business/enterprise customers is must
  • Excellent communication skills Verbal and written
  • Go-getter attitude
  • Must be able to work with minimum/no supervision
  • Work closely with Business Leaders & European BDM Team
  • Ability to lead and nurture the BDM team
  • Complete BDM Ownership.

Ideal Candidate

  • Leader with go-getter attitude
  • Experience in working with IT companies in Europe
  • Experience in resource augmentation for EU region
  • Experience with Industrial Software/IT Sales
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong Communication skills

Good to have:

  • German or any other European language
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £59,161.00-£64,244.00 per year
