We are an expanding and welcoming firm located in London, seeking an exceptional Paralegal to join our team. This role presents a remarkable opportunity for a future Training Contract, potentially after 12 months. The position is available at both our London and Manchester offices, supporting the company's thriving commercial law division.
The ideal candidate for this role would be able to commence their duties in September and should have completed their Law Degree and LPC, along with potential exposure to:
- Commercial contract matters
- Commercial Lease cases
- Corporate Law
Working closely with the Principal Solicitor and Consultant Solicitors, the Paralegal will actively engage in transactional corporate and commercial tasks. This encompasses involvement in commercial leases, commercial contracts, and providing assistance to solicitors engaged in corporate sales and transactions.
We are searching for a candidate who possesses experience or familiarity with corporate and commercial contracts, along with a proactive approach in meeting monthly deadlines. There will also be a requirement to assist the Business Development Manager in creating new business proposals and the potential to participate in industry events, conferences, or seminars as deemed necessary.
Candidates should be adept at both independent work and collaborative efforts, exhibiting strong organizational and administrative proficiencies, as well as effective communication skills.
This role particularly suits candidates who have successfully completed a Law degree or are actively pursuing their LPC, as past individuals in similar positions have advanced internally to training contracts or achieved full qualification over a designated period.

- Candidates should currently hold the position of Paralegal, possess a Law Degree, have completed or be in the process of completing their LPC, or have equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity or experience with commercial contracts and commercial leases is advantageous.
- Demonstrated capability to comprehend and discuss legal and regulatory compliance matters.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook is mandatory.
- Ability to function autonomously and within a team setting.
