As a Senior Business Change Analyst, you will line manage and coach an experienced team of Business Change Analysts, who provide extensive business analysis and business change support to a range of business projects, supporting the delivery of the Police Scotland Strategy. The post holder will provide a valued contribution in terms of coaching on a range of business change and analysis tools and techniques including requirements definition, process mapping, gap analysis and workshop facilitation etc.

The post holder will further develop a team recognised across the organisation for expertise and excellence in their field. In addition, you will support and encourage an environment of continuous improvement within the team and through the work products delivered. The post holder will also provide quality assurance to the products delivered to projects, enduring delivery within project timescales.

The Senior Business Change Analyst will have extensive experience of the end-to-end project lifecycle in large complex organisations and an understanding of the associated application of change management approaches.

In recent years the Change staff have primarily been working from home and it is envisaged the options in relation to hybrid working (home/office) will continue in the future.

This full time temporary role has a fixed term of 12 Months and requires recruitment vetting

Salary: £37,334.00-£42,423.00 per year
