Senior Technical Business Analyst
Location: Newbury HQ + *Hybrid
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Working Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do
- You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business problems and positively influence outcomes, whilst ensuring alignment with relevant enterprise-wide strategies.
- You will capture, analyse and document business process requirements.
- You will elicit and validate the non-functional requirements, including performance, implementation design, usability, security & audit, and appropriate legislative requirements
- You will encourage Agile ways of working, coaching teams in best refinement practices, in both your own teams and in partnership with other teams

You will communicate requirements to development teams using appropriate documentation (Lean Canvas, Epics, User stories).
Who you are
- You will have a strong Agile background – working in Scrum/Kanban/Scrumban teams
- You will have solid examples of practical experience in business analysis tools and techniques
- You will have cross-functional experience working with other disciplines (namely UX, Tech/Architecture, QA and Design), possibly within an Agile environment, or using Agile practices
- You will have digital experience, preferably across a variety of different clients/industries/systems
- You will have experience Mentoring, and coaching other more junior members of the BA team in the tools, techniques, and principles needed to be a successful BA
