Job description
Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to play a key part in its journey towards implementing and sharing an Electronic Patient Record with Royal United Bath Hospital and Great Western Hospital. This new EPR will allow growth of an integrated care system between the three Trusts as part of a wider Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) partnership.
The post holder will work closely with the programme team, peers in RUH Bath and Great Western Hospitals and with clinical, nursing, AHP and operational colleagues on transformational change and benefits analysis. They will collaborate in the re-design and standardisation of pathways and processes across the three Trusts, whilst representing Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust’s interests, and helping the Trusts to achieve the desired BSW Model of Care. The Senior Business Analyst will liaise closely with Transformation & Benefits Leads to identify and analyse benefits, along with the transformational change that will be necessary to realise those benefits.
We are looking for a talented, enthusiastic and driven individual who has extensive analytical and change management experience, leadership skills and a breadth and depth of knowledge utilised on large transformation programmes, ideally in healthcare and service improvement. Knowledge and understanding of the benefits that an EPR implementation brings and of how to leverage change to achieve benefits would also be ideal.
You will possess highly developed skills in team leadership, workshop facilitation, pathway redesign, process mapping, change management and benefits analysis, building a strong level of engagement with a multitude of stakeholders both internally across clinical, operational and corporate teams and externally across the BSW.
