Home-based or Split between home and our London Office

As a member of the team you will:
- Work with the Technology Leadership Team to deliver Technology solutions strategically, that are fully integrated, sustainable and are derived from design thinking
- Lead and actively participate in the Business Analysis of key projects
- Work with Stakeholders, Solutions Architects, Project and Product Professionals to enable the delivery of efficient, standardised, integrated and highly resilient Technology solutions that ensure we have our (internal and external) users at the heart of everything we do
- Work with Internal Products and the Technology Planning Office to understand interdependencies between Technology projects, how sequencing, resourcing and risk are quantified to maximise success, minimise overall resource and infrastructure costs, whilst also delivering high quality standardised and fully integrated services to the organisation
Your knowledge and experience
Essential skills:
- Significant experience of using tools and applications such as Visio and Azure Dev Ops
- Hands on Business Analysis expertise, including playing a leading role in the guidance of Project & BA teams in the delivery of new initiatives and the improvement of existing Technology
- Knowledge and experience of working in an Agile and Waterfall project environment and the ability to coach the team in the most appropriate use
- Experience delivering large scale change across business processes
- Strong stakeholder management skills
