The Opportunity
We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Bristol BAU team working on a highly flexible hybrid basis.
You will be responsible for analysing, defining and shaping strategic outcomes to deliver change across the business. This role also includes leadership and performance management of a team of analysts, however, previous experience is not required for this position.
You'll be:
- Executing business analysis with business, IT and strategic partners on large/complex projects to identify, understand, challenge and agree requirements
- Recommending the best method of achieving the required business outcome via the application of a wide range of analytical tools and techniques
- Interpreting legislative and regulatory changes, assessing the wider impact on business procedures and in designing business solutions
- Producing clear and effective documentation to communicate requirements, business solution options and feasibility assessments to different stakeholder audiences
- Supporting business acceptance testing activities, ensuring that Testing Strategy/Plans are fit for purpose and providing a central escalation point for any queries and issues arising from the Testing Team

- Are proficient in a wide range of information/data presentation techniques
- Have a good understanding of project methodologies and approaches
- Possess a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving
- Have the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels
