We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Bridal Consultant/Stylist to join our small and friendly bridal boutique in Northwich.
Hours can be flexible during weekdays, however Saturday working is essential. Every 3rd Saturday can be swapped for a weekday to accommodate weekend flexibility.
JOB ROLE
Assisting brides by giving highly experienced advice and guidance on dress styles and shapes.
Undertaking full bridal appointments, assisting with all aspects of dress styling on a one-to-one basis, including bridal accessories.
Taking brides measurements.
Closing sales and completing customer orders and payments, using our systematic filing system.
Replenishing stock and making sure goods are attractively displayed for sale.
Ensuring dresses and accessories are ordered and received within a given timeframe.
Receiving and inspecting deliveries, including data input for all new stock items.
Making pre-appointment calls to engage with brides prior to their appointment.
Dealing with all bookings by managing the diary efficiently.
Steaming new bridal gowns ready for collection and boxing them when required.
Assisting the seamstress during fittings when required.
Gown modelling. - not essential.
Assisting with bridal fayres.
Using social media marketing platforms, to promote the business and attract new customers daily.
Performing housekeeping duties by ensuring the boutique is always kept clean and tidy
A retail background within bridal, or luxury womenswear of at least 1 year is essential.

- Social media awareness - Facebook and Instagram
- An eye for detail
- Good organisational skills, including strategic planning
- Ability to sew, although not essential
- A knowledge of fashion and styling
- A smart appearance
