Job Description

The Role

As a senior backend engineer for this AI Unicorn, you will play a key role in building the business's proprietary MarTech backend systems that ensure this company can scale to millions of users worldwide.

You will build highly-scalable cloud-based services and robust infrastructures that power a number of data ingestion pipelines and ETLs that enable the businesses, marketers, to be successful.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team where you will have responsibility for every part of the system. From design, coding, testing deployment, and production. You’ll work on a mix of data pipelines, microservices, apis and single web applications.

About You

As a senior backend engineer for this high-growth technology scale-up you will have a number of skills that will help you be successful in the role.

You’ll be willing to collaborate.
You’ll take ownership and be able to work autonomously.
You will have experience writing highly scalable backend data pipeline systems.
You’ll have experience with SQL databases and NoSQL a plus
Have a want and ability to work on front-end systems in react.

As a senior backend engineer for this AI tech business, you can earn somewhere in region of £100k-£120k plus a range of benefits such as Stock Options, Medical Insurance, 7% pension, and More.

This is a hybrid role with 2- 3 days a week in London expected.
